This 1 acre bayfront estate features 2 separate homes and can be rented separately for small groups or as a whole for up to 22 people.  The main house located on the bay is 2 stories with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living area, dining area, full kitchen and bathroom jacuzzi.  The one story Keys House is located closer to the pool and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, a dining area and 2 kitchens.  both homes have central a/c, ceramic tile and berber carpets.  Each living room is equipped with a color TV, VCR and extended cable.  Kitchens are fully equipped with microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and al the dishes, utensils and cookware you may need.  Other features include:

Access to the ocean is easy since yards away is a bridge which allows for passage of up to a 40' mast. The Island directly across the canal is a bird sanctuary. Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, Mini Lobster Season and start of Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.
