Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.

There is a 28 day minimum rental period at the Rock Harbor Club.
 
Additional charges:
$300 security deposit
11.5% sales tax
$40 processing fee
$100 exit cleaning 
 
utilities may be extra on monthly rentals
*There is an extra $500 utility deposit for monthly rentals in the summer*
