Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.

Rates* START at:

$900 -$1400 per week
$2500 to $3500 per month

RV's are not allowed on Ocean Pointe property
Boat dockage can be made available at $1.50 per foot per day
Boat liability insurance of $100,000 is required when renting a dock.

Additional charges:
$300 security deposit on weekly rentals
$500 security deposit on monthly rentals
11.5% sales tax
$40 processing fee
$100 exit cleaning
