This is our most affordable private home with dockage available in Islamorada.  A cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home, equipped with a large screened Florida room on a deep water canal leading directly to Tavernier Creek.  Features included:

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.
