This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath bayfront manufactured home is equipped with a large Florida room and open porch.  It is tiled throughout the kitchen, living room, dining room and porch and carpeted in the bedrooms.  Follow the long boardwalk to the dock to cast off on your boat or to sit and sip while watching the sun set over the bay.  Televisions are located in both bedrooms, living rooms and in the Florida room. Sleeping accommodations:  1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 sleeper sofa

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.
