  • fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, dishes, silverware, pots & pans

  • linens/towels provided

  • 50 feet of dockage with easy access to the bay or ocean thru nearby Adams Cut

  • Sleeping accommodations:  full in master, full in 2nd bed, 2 twins in third bed, sofa bed; sleeps up to 8

  • pets under 25 pounds negotiable

  • no smoking please

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is a 12.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.

$500 security deposit
12.5% sales tax
$50 processing fee
$125 exit cleaning

Minimum 28 day rental in Key Largo
Utilities may be extra on monthly rentals
*There is an extra $500 utility deposit for monthly rentals in the summer*
