INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK-IN                        

Our office is located in downtown Key Largo.  Take US 1 south to Mile Marker 99.5. You will notice a Burger King on the right hand side and the TIB Bank on the left.  Turn left at the stop light (Atlantic Blvd.).  Proceed one block to Homestead Ave.  Turn right onto Homestead Ave.  Our office is in the building on the left

Keys and gate cards are to be picked up and dropped off at the Key Largo office of Florida Keys Rentals and Sales unless other arrangements have been made.  There will be a $50/each charge for all keys and gate cards not returned to our office.
Check-in time is 3pm unless you have made other arrangements.  If you are arriving after office hours, you will find an envelope with your name on it in our Key Box located by the front door to our office. 
Check-out time is 10 am and keys are to be dropped off at our office unless you have been instructed to use the lock box at the front door to the property you have reserved. 
The envelope with your name on it will include:

• Property Keys & gate card (if applicable)
• Directions to the property
• After hours/Emergency contact number 305-304-1160
• Florida Keys discount books and restaurant coupons
• “Before you leave” instructions
