Beautiful, canal front stilt home with over 100 feet of dockage, boat ramp and easy access to the Florida Bay.  Fully furnished and nicely decorated.  Large screened in porch.  Entertainment features include cable television.  Beautiful view.  Fenced yard and a lot of parking.  Pets are negotiable.  Sleeping accommodations:  2 queen beds and a twin trundle bed.
   

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.

 $2700 to $3200 per month

Additional charges:
$500 security deposit
11.5% sales tax
$40 processing fee
$125 exit cleaning

Minimum 28 day rental in Key Largo
Utilities may be extra on monthly rentals
*There is an extra $500 utility deposit for monthly rentals in the summer*
