This is an older home located on one of the only natural white sandy beaches in the Upper Keys.  Step out onto the beach from your front door and walk right to the ocean.  This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home needs a lot of updating but you just can't beat the location.  For boaters there is 30 feet of canal dockage located across the street.  The home has:

• king bed in master bedroom and 2 twin beds in second bedroom

• washer/dryer

• cable TV with extra TV in bedroom

• VCR

• wall unit A/C

During your stay you will enjoy quiet and beautiful Lower Matecumbe with the unique shops and restaurants of Islamorada nearby and the crazy Island charm of Key West just a short jaunt away.

Prices vary according to season and view.  Prices will be highest during Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break, July 4, and Mini Lobster Season.  There is an 11.5 % state sales tax added to all rentals.
